Approach

Delivered with implementation, not downloaded.

Software that touches the core and the examiner file should not arrive as a license key. Every Trivium Labs platform is delivered as a professional-services engagement — and proven on your own work before it goes live.

The engagement

Five stages, stage by stage.

  1. 1

    Discover

We sit with the people who run the process, map it end to end, count the touches and pull real exceptions from recent work.

  2. 2

    Install

We deploy where your risk team needs it, whether inside your network, self-hosted or on a dedicated tenant, and map the platform to your core, your records and your templates.

  3. 3

    Prove

A parallel run on your own historical data is the acceptance test. You get an accuracy report against what your specialists found.

  4. 4

    Go live

We train your team and go live with human approval on every item. Nothing forks the software for your bank.

  5. 5

    Support

Signed releases you pull on your own schedule, runbooks that ship with the product, and a named engineer.

For Bookend, the whole engagement typically takes about four weeks, with a parallel run on twenty to thirty of your historical closings.

Commitments

What you can hold us to.

Proven on your data first

The parallel run is the acceptance test: your records, your approvals, your exceptions, compared with what your specialists found. You see the accuracy report before you go live.

No forks for your bank

Configuration, mappings and templates adapt to your institution. The software itself stays one product, so every bank gets every fix.

Your schedule, your change control

Signed releases you pull when your change-management process says so. Runbooks ship with the product.

A named engineer

Support comes from people who know your deployment, not a ticket queue that starts from zero every time.

Next step

Start with a workflow review

Forty-five minutes with the people who run the process. We map it end to end, count the touches and pull three recent exceptions. You leave with a one-page map, whether or not you go further.
